Front of cover is not laminated.
BACK OF COVER HAS "446 West 50th Street, New York 19, N.Y." ADDRESS, BOTTOM-CENTER.
Comes with plastic Audio Fidelity Records inner sleeve
NOTE:
Cover is in VG+ condition. Front has very little holes due to agrafs. Back of cover also has a stamped word "JAZZ" at the up corner, A Stamp And traces of an old stamp (see photos)
