ART - "Supernatural Fairy Tales"   
(Island) Original 1967 UK Press (Mono)

Visually graded condition of disc: VG++ (VERY close to M-. A couple of small light hairline marks. I'd put money on a bet that this will play near mint)
Note: Both sides, particularly side 2 have some odd superficial circular marks visible under light. Have no idea why they're there, but they have absolutely no affect on play. (This is basically why I notched the grading down from NM- even though it's only a visual issue). This record was played only once back in 1967.  
 

Condition of sleeve: Laminated sleeve is almost like new since it was in a protective sleeve. Thin type cardboard stock typical of UK releases from this period. One small light crease near center and bottom right corner has a small bend. Otherwise, beautiful condition.

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
M-/NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
