(rec/cvr) Visually VG+ with a few light scuffs on both sides.
Plain paper sleeve. Writing on A-side label: Harper signed it "To Sherrie."
The record is, by most standards, poorly recorded and mastered which has the effect of magnifying any noise that there is; on playback there are passages with some quiet crackle which is pretty insignificant and 2 or 3 pops on each side that will matter more to some of you.
Two primitively recorded (to say the least) religously themed tracks that really make the most of their limitations and might leave you wanting to spin 'em again as soon as they end; good stuff. It sounds like it was recorded with a single microphone which gives the whole thing a "lost-in-the-mists-of-time, down-the-hall" quality. The songs consist of Harper's acoustic guitar and voice, an electric bass and some muffled, minimalist percussion (maraccas, wood blocks, hi-hat & the like) that is used to a great effect on both tunes.
