Title: Enya - Watermark

Original German pressing from 1988 on WEA Records, 243875-1. Contains the original cardboard innersleeve with the complete lyrics. The second solo-LP by Enya ( the former singer of CLANNAD ) is considered to be one of the finest audiophile female vocal albums ever. Beautiful ( sometimes multitracked) vocals, mystical & ethereal atmoshere, Celtic and Irish melodies, relaxed mood, outstanding production and much more, highly recommended.

Condition: this record always has the same problem due to the cardboard-innersleeve: it looks mint- to mint-- in daylight, but under a real strong light you can see sleevelines, overall ex- for visual grading. It plays with just some very few occasional low tics but nearly all of the time it plays in mint-, overall mint--/ex++ for the playback. The cover has intact seams/spine with just a few tiny rubbed spots, front & back are fine, overall mint--.The OIS is in mint--.

Grading & Cleaning:

• the record has been cleaned on my professional HANNL record cleaning machine

• after that I playgraded it (completely or at least in parts) on my Rega Planar 9, Moving Coil cartridge by EINSTEIN:TU-3 Super Fine Line ( please consider that the playback might differ a bit depending on your own equipment )

• I also visually graded the record under a strong light

• only an unplayed record is mint, the highest grading for a used record is mint- ! My basic gradings are: mint – ex – vg.

• cleaned records are stored in a new deluxe innersleeve and they are placed in a new PVC protection-sleeve !
