Description
This is part of a large auction of blues, R&B and a few rock n' roll 10" 78's. Almost all of these came from the collection of a 1950's Yale radio DJ. Across the board, they have been played very little.

Format: 78 rpm 10" shallac record
Year: 1955
Notes: Blue and silver label first press. The only record released by this obscure group, no info out there about them at all. This is a kind of a mash-up of doo-wop and uptempo R&B. Very catchy.
Record Condition: E+, The record plays great with great sound, very little wear. Just a few light scuffs, mainly on Lollypop side. No cracks or chips. Labels are very clean as well, no marks, tears or obvious spindle marks. One side does have a sticker that says "Dr. Jive". Nice copy overall.
All records I sell have been personally cleaned and play tested. I am an experienced grader and use the VJM grading system, but please see pictures as so much of this is subjective. These will be shipped in sleeves in a cardboard sandwich in a box for maximum protection.
