Description

I am cleaning out a backwoods Louisiana estate that has been locked up for decades.  We literally find old Cajun 78 records weekly, so check back often.
Up for auction is this Amadie Breaux Columbia 78 that was recorded in 1929.  He was accompanied by his brother and sister Cleoma and Ophy Breaux.  The songs include "Les Tracas du Hobo Blues" and "Mon Coeur T'Appel". The first translates as "The Worried Hobo Blues" and the second My Heart Aches for you. Amadie sings the lyrics on the Hobo Blues and Cleoma sings the lyrics on My Heart Aches for you. I am not a record collector but will do my best to describe each record.  This one has no chips or cracks and you  can see from the pictures that this record is in very nice condition.  More will be auctioned and I will be happy to combine shipping or have a Lafayette LA pickup.
