This is an original copy of one of the rarest and definately one of the very best UK Psych/Prog crossover LP's. If you like that sort of suff you must have this.

Fantsastic psych heavy guitar, awesome progressive song structure and includes a fantastic soft psych nymber in I Can Stop The Sun. Fantastic Stuff, in my top 10.

Includes John CANN after he left The Attack and before he played on the Five Day Week Straw People LP (Another psych classic). CANN also went on to Atomic Rooster.

Mick Hawksworth later went on to form Fuzzy Duck who released another of the UK's rarest prog LP's.

This is one of those LP's that has links to many other very rare and fiercely collected vinyl offerings.

CONDITION

VINYL - Under a bright light it looks VG- with plenty of light surfcae marks/scuffs and hairlines, there are also some heavy scuff marks/scratches that cannot be felt. On Turns To Dust there is a scratch mark that can be felt and caused some clicks and a couple of minor jumps (although the original seller, who had very high feedback, told me it didn't jump on their player) .There were also a couple of pops at the very beginning of Too Old. Other than that it plays mostly superbly with some occasional light crackle and the very occasional pop. Graded (Properly) Good+ to Very Good-. Please note this fabulous and very rare item is NOT hammered and still has a decent sheen in normal light and would no doubt play better with a good clean.

LABELS - Both labels are clean and unmarked by labels/stickers/writing etc, just minor spindal marks under brightlight. EXCELLENT condition.

COVER - Nice cover. The cover is pretty good with only minor wear. There is a bend/crease to top left corner of front laminated sleeve. The lamnated rear is pretty clean and is unmarked with no writing/stickers/tears etc just very minor ageing, mostly at opening edge. VERY GOOD+.

I use the record collector grading system when grading records with the addition of a + or - when appropriate in order to give the most accurate description possible.

All records are visually graded in normal light and under artificial light to ensure the item is correctly advertised and surface marks are not missed.

I have 15 years experience of collecting and grading records and as such do as much as possible to ensure buyers are happy with their purchase.

MINT

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.The cover and any extra items, such as the lyric sheet,booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD

The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc.

FAIR

The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR

The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD

The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.

NOTE - The gradings above differ from 'Goldmine' and other publications grading systems so please read before bidding.

Some of the items that I offer will be play-graded, but some will not. Therefore if the description does not state the record has been play graded then it has not been so. All play-graded descriptions will be based on how the vinyl sounds on my system.
