Here is The Aristocrats my date//I want to be a landlord ep released on Aristo-Music ?– Let's Go U.S.A. back in 1981. Rare Catchy power pop two song platter from PA.   

 CONDITION (sleeve/vinyl) vg+/vg+(light scuffing and cosmetic wear on both sides)
