Description

Art Gunn & His Arizona Playboys 12" acetate 78

Broken Vows Broken Hearts b/w Boogie Woogie Blues Fidelity Sound Service acetate from Jacksonville Florida This is an acetate demo probably made by the group to get a recording contract for Macy's Label. It seems Broken Vows was turned down and probably wasn't released. The group included Gunn on vocals, Hamp Stephens on electric guitar, Jimmy Snow on rhythm guitar, Herbert Huffman on steel guitar, and additional unknown musicians. The names Hamp Stephens and Herbert Huffman are called out by Gunn on their instrument breaks. No information on sleeve and no matrix information.

The record is in VG+++ condition.  There is no label on one side It must have stood in 4 Star studio warehouse untouched and unplayed for over 70 years.
