Description
This is the original deep-groove pressing of Art Pepper “Modern Art” on Intro ILP 606. The flat rim playing surface has a nice luster, but has small lightly audible scratches on Side 2, Tracks 1 and 3; however, the music throughout is crisp and clear. The cover shows light ring wear on the front, split bottom seam, and small inked name and year at the upper right corner of the back. Personnel include Russ Freeman, Chuck Flores, and Ben Tucker.
