- promo folder which opens up into an A2 poster.  Folder contains 1 glossy promo of Kotze, one matt promo of the band, 2 Shrapnel press release sheets, 8 photocopied A4 sheets of promo material.

These are all from my own collection.  Visually graded as they haven't been played for a while.
