Ash Ra Temple there first self titled album on OHR OMM 556.0013 on cover, but on vinyl has OMM 56.013 [see picture] Produced by Conny Plank and released in 1971. Has the egyption derived fold out cover, As the pictures will show the seams of the cover has a split on bottom and on one side. So sleeve is VG and the vinyl is Excellent
