Description:Up for your consideration is the next in a series of unique Lps, this one by the Beatles. It is an authentic version! You can see the shawdow on the right of the front cover. On the label, both "Introducing the Beatles" and "The Beatles" are above the center hole. "63-3403", "6-29-63" and "63-3402", "6-29-63" in the trailing wax. This item books at $800 if in Near Mint condition, $400 if in VG+(excellent) condition according to my price guide. It is far better than my personal copy, I really debated about keeping it after listening to the disc.

Several unique things about this item: Firstly, the record retains the original shine with some fingerprints few short, light marks, grading by sight in normal room light. I took the time to play the ENTIRE record and found the 12 tracks to audibly average better than half way between VG+(excellent) and Near Mint. You can assign your own grade based on my track-by-track analysis shown below. Keep in mind that how it plays for me on my equipment may not be the same as how it plays for you on your equipment. I'm sure if you took this and put it under a 1000 watt bulb, you'd probably find something that makes it less than mint. If you're that kind of collector, and after a recent unpleasant experience with a buyer from Malaysia, let me suggest this auction is not for you.

I am using the Goldmine scale of G=Good(1), VG = Very Good(2), VG+ = Very Good Plus(excellent)(3), NM = Near Mint(4) when grading the disc(s).

Additional criteria I use when audibly grading records for people:

• NM(4) = absolutely nothing wrong at all (very rarely happens--I've even opened sealed records and they don't play Near Mint)
• 3.5-3.9 = very, very light surface noise
• 3.1-3.4 = very light surface noise, very light pops
• VG+(3) = up to light pops and light surface noise (below this, one's enjoyment is affected, very subjective)
• VG(2) = up to medium pops and moderate surface noise
• G(1) = up to heavy pops and heavy surface noise

I normally ship Lp's in 12 1/4" x 12 1/4" x 1" boxes. As of 8:26:2014, I will add either some bubble wrap or some small, squishy foam padding on top to help prevent postal abuse. Weight with box is about 15 oz. Shipping is: $2.69 Media Rate (0-1 pounds) + $1.19 box/tape/packing + $1.05 delivery confirmation = $4.93.
Alternatively, I can ship an LP in a 14 x 14 x 6" box. Weight with box is about 1 pound 11 oz. Shipping is $3.17 Media Rate (1-2 pounds) + $2.10 box/tape/packing + $1.05 delivery confirmation = $6.32.

This auction is currently pegged for shipping in the smaller box. If you want the larger box and/or insurance, let me know before paying and I'll send a revised invoice, it will cost more for shipping.
