Yes, Twice.   Front of Sleeve is signed "Suck My Dick GG" (above his chest and over his arm) and inner sleeve "Eat My Fuck GG" (signed above the exposed penis).  And we included a picture of inner autograph to show how the marker bleed thru the paper. 
Previous owner had the original show flyer from Midwest venue and the story to match.  
7 inch itself is VG++ on 1 side / VG+ on the other (a couple of visible scuffs that won't affect playback).
