BACH Sonatas & Partitas played by Emil TELMANYI
Decca LXT 2951, 2952 & 2953
Orange/Gold label with outer deep groove, 1.ed. Mono, no stereo exists
Non-original inner sleeves. The records will be shipped in new, lined inner sleeves.
Record(s): VG/VG+ LXT 2951 is very worn with multiple marks and scratches (VG). LXT 2952 and LXT 2953 are in somewhat better condition with mostly light surface wear (VG+). The records are worn with scratches and they play with surface noise. However, the sound itself is actually very good, and all records are playable. There are no really deep scratches, and there are no skips or jumps.
NOTE: the records have been play-graded with a stereo cartridge, and it is possible that there will be less surface noise with a mono cartridge.
Cover(s): VG All three covers are very worn, with wear and tear to sides and corners, with splits and damage to the flip-back seams. Please see the the pictures of both front and back.
Normally, we don't use the grading VG. But these records are extremely rare, and we have tried to describe them in a fair and honest way. Therefore we have used the VG grading this time. Please ask, if you have any questions.
