"MINT" means perfect!/no visual signs of wear! Many new records/off-the-shelf do not qualify for this high grade. "NEAR MINT" means only very minor signs of wear are visible and this is normally the highest grade that I will give. The 2nd highest grade that I will normally give is "VG++".
