Description

Vee-Jay 374 promo

Street Fight / Miss Muffett

Hard-to-find promo of 1961 R&R single.  Original, not a repro.  Machine-stamped configurations in deadwax. Barry Weaver, aka Derry Weaver, also recorded or performed with the Gamblers, Ascots and Hollywood Argyles.  Because of the subject matter, this record was banned from the airwaves.  Plays beautifully.  Flip is VG to VG+, close to VG+, with minor scuff and tiny bubble (not affecting play).  "Street Fight" is in VG+ condition, close to VG++.
