THIS IS THE DEFINITIVE VERSION OF THE DEFINITIVE ALBUM THAT CHANGED THE FACE OF MUSIC FOR EVER AND THIS IS AN ORGINAL FIRST EDITION COPY!!!!!! – PLEASE DO NOT CONFUSE IT WITH THE INFERIOR AND LATER RELEASED STEREO VERSION ALSO AVAILABLE ON EBAY, WHICH ALTHOUGH WORTHY JUST DOESN’T COMPARE TO THE MONO VERSION
I am pleased to offer this rare first edition example of this sublime LP in superb condition by The Beatles.Classic tracks featured include: Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club, A Little Help From My Friends, Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds and When I'm 64 amongst others.
The LP is STUNNING, played for the first time in many years on a quality system, the sound is clear and strong with virtually no crackle. THE GROOVES ARE DEEP AND NOT WORN OUT, and the sound is gorgeous!!!. There are a few minor scratches and one slightly larger one over track 6, of side one “she’s leaving home” that DID NOT AFFECT THE PLAYING QUALITY WHEN TESTED and, unlike the majority of LP's from the 60's this one has not been played to death or ruined.
WHAT MAKES THIS PARTICULAR COPY SO SPECIAL IS THAT IT’S A RARE 1967 MONO ORIGINAL COPY ONLY MADE IN BRITAIN (ORIGINALS WERE ONLY MADE IN BRITAIN - DON'T BE FOOLED BY CONMEN).

The label: Original yellow Parlophone written on a black backgroundwith the UK £ sign and a silver border. Both labels are unwritten on and unadulterated.
The Serial Nos & Cat Details: Original serial numbers - XEX 637(Side 1) & XEX 638 (side 2). Original Cat Nos PMC 7027.
The Cover: Is in good condition, nice and glossy, especially on the inside which has the tab folds, folded outside rather than inside as on later editions. ONLY THE ORIGINAL LP has this feature. There is a little wear, and I mean little, on the top left corner, outer spine and outer edge. The inner spine is flawless and ruler straight with no damage at all.
