1967 UK 1st PRESSING **MONO** LP


This excellent 1967 mono first pressing is on the UK yellow and black Parlophone label PMC 7027
Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK..' text and 'Gramophone..' rim texts
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible on the side two label
Complete with red & white inner sleeve (EX+ no splits) and cut-out sheet (NM).

Matrix numbers: XEX 637-1 & XEX 638-1
Stamper numbers: 5/LL & 3/GMT

CONDITION


Sleeve: EXCELLENT MINUS

A respectable example showing some light handling and storage wear with no major faults.
The spine is undamaged and retains its full laminate and perfect wording
The inside of the sleeve is superb and as elsewhere displays no marks or writing.

Disc

Visual: EXCELLENT Clean and bright surfaces showing just a few wispy non-audible hairlines but no serious/audible marks.
100% flat on the turntable with no dishing or warping.

Audio: EXCELLENT

Having been rarely but carefully played has meant the sound quality has remained very high and only very light wear is audible.
The music is powerful and bright and is free from heavy groovewear, crackle, clicks, pops, jumps or repeats.
