PLEASE READ FIRST!
I'm having to make this even clearer as people are still buying records I'm grading low and as a 'collection filler', and then complain about the audio quality when they try to play them. As I do not own a record player I VISUALLY GRADE my records, so I cannotguarantee that discs will be click, skip and noise free (although any marks that may cause such problems will be highlighted in the description).
All photos are of the actual item on sale. I do not use stock or 'borrowed' images.

Original Mono Pressing with WIDE Spine!
On offer here is an original mono copy of the Beatles legendary LP 'Sgt. Peppers' on the UK Parlophone label. This is an early copy that features the original 'wide spine' design.
The wide spine was an early design for the sleeve where the spine was flat and about 5mm thick. However, this was very soon changed to the much more common thinner wraparound style spine that you see on the majority of copies.
When a wide spine sleeve comes up for sale these days they're mostly pretty worn and trashed with a crushed spine and have the usual wear and tear you see on a record that's 51 years old. However, the sleeve on this copy is really, really nice and looks like it has been looked after and cared for during it's 52 year life! Check out the photos below!

Peppers Year of Release 1967 Catalogue Number PMC 7027 Label Garrod and Lofthouse Tax Code on Disc KT Sleeve Manufacturer Garrod & Lofthouse Side 1 Matrix Number XEX 637-1 Side 2 Matrix Number XEX 638-1 Side 1 Stampers 3 / RT Side 2 Stampers 35 / AG Cover Condition The cover is in EX condition. Beautiful example of this rare, highly collectible sleeve! A great, rich colour throughout with clean, shiny laminate that has just a very light rubbing on the laminate. No splits, no tears, and the wide spine is predominantly uncrushed bar a small creasing down at the bottom. Great example! Inner Sleeve Condition The red 'fool' inner sleeve is not included. Inserts Condition The insert is in NM- condition. The insert is include and intact and, bar a very light crease , looks like it's pretty much never been out of the sleeve. Great condition! Disc Condition(VISUALLY GRADED) The disc is in VG condition. The disc has a nice, clean shine to it but does have some light, noticeable scuffs and marks, some a little more noticeable, but nothing serious or nasty looking. Label Condition The labels are in EX- condition. Both labels are clean with no writing or labels. Side 1 has just a very little, light, faint spindlewear whereas side 2 has more, light spindlewear (obviously a previous owner favoured side 1 a lot more to side 2). Also just a little touch of whitening around the centrehole.
All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.
Records are posted out tracked and insured (where applicable) to comply with eBay and PayPal seller protection policy.

All LPs will be mailed out in a strong, corrugated cardboard LP mailing box with the LP outside the sleeve and extra
sheets of corrugated cardboard will be used where applicable.
My Vinyl Grading:
MINT No true preowned disc can be mint. The highest I will ever grade a disc is NM+/M- if it looks untouched and unplayed, but the MINT description will only be for records I personally know have never been played (i.e. I personally bought from new) or for copies that are still sealed. NEAR MINT (NM) For discs that look near flawless and which may have just the slightest, barely visible little whispy marks here and there. EXCELLENT (EX) For discs that still retain a brilliant, clean shine but does have some light scuffs here and there. VERY GOOD (VG) For discs that still look clean and have a nice shine to them, but do have a fair amount of light scuffmarks and/or some light scratches. GOOD (G) For discs that look like they have been loved and have a fair amount of scuffs and surface scratches. Not in terrible condition, but would look like it would play with a lot of crackle. FAIR (F) For discs that may have some life left in them but are pretty trashed with numerous surface scuffs and heavier scuffs and scratches etc POOR (P) For discs that are unplayable and look completely trashed. Discs like this would only ever be offered if they were insanely rare.price rating
