The BEATLES 45. GERMANY Original First press Single on GREEN ODEON Labels, issue O-22-671. From Spring 1964, unique early Euro release of two Beatles GERMAN LYRIC hits on this RARE unique single, SIE LIEBT DICH (She Loves You) and KOMM GIB MIR DEINE HAND (I Want To Hold Your Hand). These 2 were the redo in German of the 2 most recent worldwide A side hits! Most of these early singles were released with and without Picture Sleeves and with Green Odeon labels, like this one with “Made in Germany” printed in a Straight line near the bottom label edge, 1963-1966, but later reissues had “Made in Germany” printed in a curve along the bottom label rim!! This one is the Original “straight line” version, so you know it is an original press, prior to 1967!!! And it also comes in common White sleeve and ALSO HAS AN ADDED BEATLES REPRO ODEON COLOR COMPANY / PICTURE SLEEVE, see photos 3-4!! This Black Vinyl Condition is Goldmine EX, mostly shiny, some scuffs and marks, but clean and plays thru great. And labels are both clean with no writing on either side! PROUD TO OWN!! A SUPER early Beatles Collectable from Germany! There are about 15 Unique original early Germany Odeon Green Beatles singles which are Hard to Find!! Mostly because they were not reissued, or like this one, very uniquE! It is similar looking to the Green Odeon Singles reissued in 1976 as the COME BACK series of 26 singles (that one has curved Made In Germany at the bottom!! This record was REISSUED several times in 60s thru 80s!! See images 7-8. Both sides here are MONO as were all German reissues!! Stereo did not become common on 45s till 1969! They can be found together in Stereo ONLY from Australia 1976 or 1982!! Komm gib mir deine hand is Number 54 on my HTF List (Not commonly available from either UK or US). Sie liebt dich is Number 81.
