Please read everything carefully below so you know exactly the rarity you are buying.
Super low numbered **MINT** A0226936 Original 1968 U.S. first pressing of The Beatles 'White Album'. This is the rare and highly sought after pressing containing all 7 rare label errors. Upon release of the album, John Lennon noticed these mistakes and had them corrected immediately on future pressings, but not before some of these extremely rare error copies had already entered the marketplace. The cover is *MINT* front, side, inside and back. NO SEAM SPLITS, NO Tape anywhere, NO writing, NO stickers or glue residue. NO rips/tears. NO pen/marker marks.
Records are excellent and glossy, as this is one of the earliest White Albums know to exist today. Spindle holes show beautiful with no rips or tears. Labels are absolutely *MINT* stunning with NO writing and NO tears. ALL 4 ORIGINAL heavy stock portrait photos are *MINT* !! The gorgeous Original poster is totally PRISTINE MINT. The outer and inner spine are **MINT PRISTINE** perfect. There are NO SEAM SPLITS, NO WRITING and NO TAPED SEAMS !! NO WRITING on any of the record labels, and NO WRITING on the front cover, back cover or inside gatefold. Original inner sleeves are indeed present, and has all 4 color *PRISTINE MINT* portraits and Original poster which is absolutely *PRISTINE *MINT* original, as well. You won't find a nicer one for sale anywhere !!
Very few White Albums are perfect, but this one is near perfect. The cardboard used in the making of The White Album was extremely poor and susceptible to the seams easily separating and the spines just disintegrating. Most of you who look to buy these treasures know that 99% of White Albums still in circulation are very weak at best. This is you chance to purchase perhaps the finest for sale anywhere, as the cover is absolutely **Mint** which is so very rare to find, some 51+ years later !! This is the nicest White Album I've ever seen in my 40+ years of collecting !!!

3. "Rocky Racoon" missing the second "C" in Raccoon
4. "Goodnight" instead of "Good Night"
5. "Revolution No. 1" instead of "Revolution 1"
6. "Revolution No. 9" instead of "Revolution 9"
7. "Why Don't we do it in the road" without the question mark (?)
Error #7 without the question mark, is the rarest of all the 7

Here's very invaluable information on how The Beatles White Albums were numbered, and the meaning behind all the sequences...
The first 25 White Albums were numbered with an “A” prefix and then a series of zeros preceding the number (e.g. A0000009). There are always seven digits following the “A” so if it was a single digit number it would be preceded by six zeroes or if it was a two digit number it would be preceded by five zeroes. It is not known what the “A” was indicative of (it may mean “printed in America” or “Apple” but neither is confirmed).
Numbers 26-99 were three digit numbers preceded with a zero and no prefix.
Numbers 100 through approximately 209,999 were preceded with the correct number of zeroes to make them a seven digit number (with no letter prefix)
Beginning around 210,000 to up near 590,000, they were preceded by a zero and had an 'A' prefix.
Later copies up to about 1,350,000 remain at seven digits using a leading zero if necessary and are prefixed with a large dot.
The next batch from 1,350,000 up to some point past 2,000,000 are prefixed with an “A” but it's a thinner “A” than used earlier.
From 2,000,000 to around 2,250,000 some are prefixed with a large dot and some with the “A.”
From 2,250,000 up to 3,000,000 the numbers are prefixed with the abbreviation for number (i.e. “No.”). On some of these the “o” in “No.” is raised with the period below it instead of beside it.
For the final numbers over 3,000,000 the numbers are prefixed with a wide “A"
