THE BEATLES ABBEY ROAD 1st EMI CASSETTE RELEASE 1969-71 LIME GREEN PAPER LABEL EXTREMELY RARE
The first original release of this Beatles cassette album was from November 1969 ( the same time as the vinyl LP) to end of 1971. From January 1972 the very different designed "all gold" inlay REissues were marketed, along with different shells, when the cassette format really took off, leaving these "prototype" early experimental designs, with their lime green paper labels and full artwork, which were sold in relatively low numbers, ideal collectors items today.
CASSETTE IS A BIT GRUBBY , THE LABEL HAS SOMEONE'S INITIALS WRITTEN ON IT, THE INSERT HAS A FOLD LINE.
