NOTES
  This "true" first press' initial publication time was even shorter than we saw it a year before with the White Album. Published on the 26th of September, it took six lonely days until Hayes pressing plants realized their printing mistake: the misaligned apple, shifted to the left instead of lining up with the track listing of Side A on the cover's reverse side.

We know that some (well recognized!) collectors (and many professional dealers) like to "disregard"" this fact. However, a pressing is characterized by its entirety of a unique track listing, labels, cover, and its time of "printing". Not more, not less.
"Corrected alignment" of the green apple hit the market on the 2 nd of October, hence can't be counted as a first press.

For those among you who are into details:

• Apple on back of cover is misaligned.
• Her Majesty is not noted on the cover's track listing.
• Her Majesty is not noted on the B-Side's label.

You are bidding on genuine British HEAVY VINYL of 165 grams that eventually comes with early GR2 / GG 1 stampers!. Copy is in an overall VG/Plus condition.

Audible checks are performed with a Pro-Ject Audio system connected to a DENON PMA 520-AE amplifier, with a Sennheiser 350 headset.     Remarks   As for the Cover and related issues, please refer to pictures provided right after. Spine is clean and readable.
The fully laminated cover is completely glossy. There's a cut at the insertion slot plus scuffed edges. Shows signs of ring wear.
Both labels are clean. Some spindle hole wear. Vinyl is shiny, both sides, but with hairlines.

Audio comes in an allover VG condition. However, there's bg noise. Side A has two skips at Something, Side B with fewer bg noise but skips at Golden Slumbers. Record was quite obviously frequently played.

1st Class Packaging

We are Collectors, hence every record is stored (and will be sent) in a sophisticated way. Many experienced collectors were thrilled by our unique, bullet-proof "packing technicque". Original cover, inner sleeve(s), prospective inserts, and/or whatever may come across, are stored separately. The vinyl sits in a neutral antistatic, padded inner sleeve, which is housed in a stable, neutral cardboard cover. Package is protected by one (or more) transparent plastic sleeves. Finally, all items are being wrapped with thick bubble foil and go to a professional record mailer, which is then being properly sealed with water-resistant tape.
