Please read the Terms and Conditions lower in the listing about payment, postage costs and insurance BEFORE placing a bid. Thank you.
I am happy to answer any questions, but please read the listing carefully before sending a question or placing a bid. I try to provide comprehensive details and information in every listing so the answers to most questions should be found below.

During five years of trading on ebay, I have received around 1200 positive feedbacks from over 900 individual customers, almost all from the sale of vinyl records.
I take great pride in ensuring that my records are always described accurately and fairly. All my items come with a money-back guarantee - if it's not as described, you can return it for a full refund.

UK bidders please note P&P is NOT free. This item weighs over 1.5Kg when packed and will be sent fully insured. Costs appear at the bottom of the listing. Thank you.
This is, quite simply, the best example of the Let it Be box set that I have ever seen.
The whole item is entirely genuine and original (including ALL parts of the box) and everything is in superb condition. The album cover has the red apple logo on the back, the vinyl has the first press box set 2U/2U matrixes and plays flawlessly and the book looks like it has never been read.
I acquired this from the original owner and everything is the absolutely 100% genuine UK first pressing. There are NO substitutions from non-UK box sets, NO non-first presses, NO replicas or replacements of any parts. Everything is 100% genuine UK first pressing in superb condition.
Detailed description
Box outer sleeve: This is the original Garrod and Lofthouse outer sleeve made in Great Britain and is in amazing condition with minimal signs of use. There are almost no signs of wear to the edges or corners and just a handful of small, fine laminate creases. There is no laminate lifting or flaking anywhere and the box has retained its original shape with absolutely no signs of crushing or flattening at all - it sits perfectly square even when the inside trays are removed. This is the best example of the outer sleeve that I have ever seen and it is completely genuine and free from any damage, repairs, reinforcements or touch-ups.
Box outer and inner trays: These are totally original and in great condition. I have shown both sides of both parts in the photos. These are, without doubt, the best I have ever seen. The outer tray has no tears or damage and just a little bit of wear to the edges. The inner tray has some small stress tears (from the weight of the book) at the corners but is fully intact and in one complete piece. It is just slightly uneven with some insignificant creasing. Anyone who knows the box set will know how hard it is to find these trays (especially the inner tray) in perfect condition - I think it would be hard to find better examples.
Get Back book: The original book is in absolutely stunning condition. With paperback books you can often tell whether or not they have been read just by holding and looking at them. This genuinely looks like it has never been read. The spine is perfectly straight and all the pages are fully complete and intact with just a handful of very small, fine oxbow laminate creases to the cover. It is as near to perfect as you are likely to find.
LP cover: The cover looks great and shows just very light signs of use. It has the 'reddest' red apple I have seen. There are some really small laminate wrinkles around the edges and a little ring wear in the lamination. But that is all - it really is a superb example.
Edge wear: There is minimal wear to the edges, spine and opening.
Corner wear: The tips of the corners show moderate wear (mainly at the spine).
Vinyl: The vinyl looks absolutely superb with barely a mark to be seen. It has clearly been very well cared for. Under bright light I could just see a few very, very fine hairlines. I have played the entire record and it sounds as good as it looks. This is a 40 year old record so inevitably there is some background noise in the quiet bits such as the run-ins/outs, fades, silent grooves and intros, but absolutely nothing of any significance at all and there are absolutely no clicks or pops anywhere and obviously no jumps, skips or sticking.
I playgrade records on a sensitive deck, listening through headphones and with the treble set high. For the sake of total accuracy, I noticed:
- a bit of background noise at the start of the title track
- a swish on the run-in to side two which is audible for the first couple of seconds of the opening track
- a tiny bit of background noise in 'For you Blue'.
But that is all. This is a simply stunning audio performance.
Matrix numbers mothers and stampers:
Side 1: YEX 773-2U 1 (with a 7 below it) PO
Side 2: YEX 774-2U 1 (with a crossed-out 2 above it) OH
Labels: Both labels look great with absolutely no signs of damage, writing, stickers etc, just light spindle marking.
Inner sleeve: Original plain white inner has no splits or tears.
Detracting features not covered above - None. This is totally original and genuine and as near to perfect as you are likely to find.

Information about descriptions.
My records are always described accurately and fairly. I always do my best to point out any blemishes which might detract from the item and all photographs are of the actual item you will get.
Play-graded vinyl: I will always state in the listing if I have played a record prior to describing it. When I play a record I listen to it carefully through headphones, taking notes of any noise, clicks, distortion etc and play it all the way through (unless stated otherwise). I have two record decks and one is more sensitive than the other to any physical flaws on the record surface. Records are always played on the sensitive deck first and the notes for the audio performance are taken from that deck. If this play-through detects any jumps or sticks those sections of the disk will be re-played on the less-sensitive deck to see whether they happen on that too.
First pressings and originals: Many of the records I sell are first pressings and, if this is the case, I will usually identify them as such and may include the relevant matrix information etc in the description. However, sometimes I cannot be certain whether a record is a first pressing or not. In these instances I will often use the word 'original' to identify a pressing which I think might be a first pressing, but do not know for sure (but which is certainly NOT a recent pressing or audiophile release etc). If you specifically want a first pressing, and know how to identify it, please ask the relevant questions before you bid.
Feel free to ask any questions about the item (but please don’t leave it to the last minute as I may not get a chance to reply).

POSTAGE & PACKING
I care about the records I sell and believe that they need to be carefully and securely packaged to ensure that they survive their journey through the post. Vinyl is removed from the sleeve for posting and the contents will be protected with rigid cardboard stiffeners. All packages are labelled "Do not bend" and securely sealed with "FRAGILE" parcel tape.
I send my records in high-quality, purpose-made packaging. I support the use of recycled materials and so occasionally I may send records in packaging which has been previously used or which has been made from other cardboard packaging. If you wish your item to be sent in entirely new packaging please let me know before paying for it. Thanks.

This item weighs over 1.5Kg when packed and will only be sent fully insured. It does not qualify for my usual multiple item postage discounts. Thank you.
