The Beatles a.k.a. White Album- New Zealand 1968 Apple label 1st. pressing
This is one of the first pressings of this LP made in New Zealand. It is a top opening numbered cover complete with the portraits,lyric sheet and black inner sleeves.
The matrix numbers hand written in the dead wax area are as follows:
side 1: SWBO 1-101.J40:.[crossed out] YEX 709
side 2: SWBO 2-101.J40:. [crossed out] YEX 710
side 3: SWBO 3-101.J40:. [crossed out] YEX 711
side 4: SWBO 4-101-J40:. [crossed out] YEX 712
Assuming the catalog number is read at 6 o'clock then the Scranton logo appears at 3 o'clock on all sides.
