Description

While doing some summer cleaning, I came across a box of old 45 vinyl records that my wife had listened to as a teenager in Central America back in the late 60’s/early 70’s.  Some are well played, others slightly used.  I have not listened to any of them, so all grading is based only on visual inspection using the eBay Guide to Vinyl Record Grades (based on vinyl record grades from Goldmine Magazine).

Here is an extremely rare 1969 pressing of Ob La Di, Ob La Da/ Debemos Hacerlo en el Camino (Why don’t we do it in the road)  by The Beatles.  Songs are in English.

The inspiration for the B side song reportedly is Paul saw two monkeys in India “doing it” in the middle of a road while he was walking by.  Originally released on the Beatles’ White Album, this is the song that Paul recorded with Ringo that usually comes up as one of the “hurtful” things Paul did to John just prior to the group’s break up.   Made in Nicaragua under the Odeon Records label (black), #0-0363.  Comes in original Nicaraguan Odeon Records sleeve.   VG+/NM. 

Just about a week ago a similar record sold here on eBay for $68.51 plus an additional $21.00 to ship to the US from El Salvador, according to the listing, for a total of $89.51! The one I am listing here is, in my opinion, better condition. The starting bid here is only $ .99, and THERE IS NO RESERVE!
