Description
This is a very scarce record from my own collection only pressed for a few days in 1963 and is certainly rarer than the first issue black and gold labels with which it shares some characteristics.
Note the small 33 1/3 rpm (see picture) printed in the 9 o'clock position, this was a carry over from the gold & black labels and was immediately corrected.
The vinyl grades strictly excellent - ( using record collector grading system) and plays excellent ++ no groove wear, no noticable background to speak of.
Stamper codes 1M&1G. This confirms that this issue is one of the first few hundred pressed.
Sleeve is identical to the black and gold issue with extreme right justified Angus McBean credit.
A great copy of this difficult to find record.
