1963 Fifth Pressing UK LP
(LARGE "MONO", "PARLOPHONE CO LTD", "RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED 1963" ADDED BELOW MATRIX NUMBER, "WITHOUT SOLD IN UK" LABEL TEXT, "ANGUS McBEAN" ON RIGHT OF FRONT COVER "a" UNDER "S" OF "SONGS") (YELLOW/BLACK LABEL) (# PMC 1202) - ORIGINAL 1963 5TH PRESS VINYL LP - VG/E J DAY (on right hand side) SLEEVE.
Sleeve Condition: VG The sleeeve has signs of its age, some scuffing along the flipback part of the sleepe and on corners. the front is laminated which has protected it largely from anything that might damage it. It is in a fair condition, there is a small tear on the back by the flipback above where it says Please Please Me (I have taken a photo of this, you will see that it is hard to spot, if you can at all, but on receipt of the LP you will notice this. There is no writing on the sleeve at all.
Label condition: The labels are in great condition, however there is some scuffing around the central hole with some spindle marks showing it has been played. Over all in fantastic condition.
Vinyl Condition: EX Side one has no visible marks on it that I can see holding the record up to the light, however on side 2 there are a couple of surface marks though nothing that would affect the play. The condition of the vinyl is in stunning condition considering its age. A really impressive copy.

"MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler."
