Description
I'm not a dealer but an avid vinyl collector, and have been for over 30 years. I've just bought a small collection of vinyl LP's from a close friend to obtain the 10-15 LP's I wanted. The rest will be sold here on eBay over the forthcoming weeks/months. There are lots of cracking LP's, mostly UK 1st pressings of the Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Who, Pink Floyd, etc. etc. I've used the 'UK Record Collector' guide to grade the LP's, using +/- where LP's sit just outside a specific grade. Please check my feedback to 100% status !
Beatles - Please Please Me - UK 4th mono pressing on the black and yellow Parlophone label with 'The Parlophone Co Ltd' and 'Recording first published in 1963' - serial number PMC 1202 - side1 matrix XEX 421-1N - side2 matrix XEX 422-1N.
COVER - The flipback cover is laminated on the front only and is in fantastic shape with no writing, folds, bends, tears or rips of any kind - Condition MINT-.
INNER - The inner sleeve is the correct type with tracing paper die-cut liner and the 'Use Emitex' text. Again no marks writing tears or folds of any type - Condition MINT-.
VINYL - The vinyl gleams like new and when held up to the light there are a few very light background lines which do not affect the playback at all. I've just played the LP on my Linn Sondek LP12 and is sounds truly fantastic - Condition EXCELLENT.
LABELS - The black and yellow Parlophone labels again are in great condition and are perfectly legible - Condition MINT-.
