NOTES
After fifty and a half year this beautiful lady is still in an excellent condition that over all borders to near mint. Published in August 1963, this fourth press of Please Please Me, the Fab's first album, reminds us of why we love the boys from Liverpool. Well, at least we do, and maybe you, too, cos otherwise you didn't read these words...

So, why making many words on what is obvious? If you are a collector who doesn't own this pressing already, you'll go for it anyways. Remains to be said that we did not grade this record audible, because of its stunning condition. The "bad boys" should be others, we didn't wanna take the risk, that simple. Go and grab this E.J.Day Cover "wrapped" pearl.

We understand that our asking price is everything but a bargain (across all of our listings). However, we kindly ask you to refrain from sending "50-percent-offers". At beabay, we possess an in-depth knowledge of Beatles Vinyl, meaning our prices have been carefully chosen and placed. Dozens of international collectors trust in this and confirmed their 100-percent-satisfaction - some of them we copied later in this listing.

Please see grading details for a more elaborate description of the record's condition.

IMPORTANT NOTE for GERMAN BIDDERS: Please constact us before bidding, for otherwise we will remove your bid without prior notice. This is in view of constantly recurring problems, often caused by language. It's NOT an offense. Collectors want harmony and consensus, not trouble.     Record Grading

Audible checks are performed with a Pro-Ject Audio system connected to a DENON PMA 520-AE amplifier, with a Sennheiser 350 headset.     Remarks   As for the E.J. Day Cover and related issues, please refer to pictures provided right after. Spine is in perfect condition.
Fully luminated cover is completely glossy. Clean folds, fresh colors, no writings, or tears. No ringwear. Strong cardboard. Edges scuffed. Clear EX quality.
Labels, too, look great! (see pictures) These are straight EX, too.
Vinyl is shiny. There's two thin lines on Side A, a single one on B-Side. No other hairlines.
NM- original EMITEX inner sleeve - a valuable "addition" to this overall excellent record quality.
Again, this dignified lady is more than 50 years old...

Record was not audio graded cos of the almost stunning condition and its age of more than 50 years!
We grade most but not all of our records audible.

Please keep in mind that an opinion is bound to be subjective. Refer to pictures, provided extensively.
For a short explanation of applied grading, please see remarks on every listing's bottom of page.   back to TOP

1st Class Packaging

We are Collectors, hence every record is stored (and will be sent) in a sophisticated way. Many experienced collectors were thrilled by our unique, bullet-proof "packing technicque". Original cover, inner sleeve(s), prospective inserts, and/or whatever may come across, are stored separately. The vinyl sits in a neutral antistatic, padded inner sleeve, which is housed in a stable, neutral cardboard cover. Package is protected by one (or more) transparent plastic sleeves. Finally, all items are being wrapped with thick bubble foil and go to a professional record mailer, which is then being properly sealed with water-resistant tape.

For packaging, we use brand-new material & items only. Whatever eBay MIGHT display: INSURED, SIGNED-IN, TRACKED SHIPPING IS FREE. ANY DESTINATION ON THIS PLANET.
(PLEASE NOTE that pictured record is an EXAMPLE only. It is NOT the item up for auction. Thank you.)
