On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called 'Please Please Me' and is a MUCH rarer STEREO UK pressing!!!! HOWEVER THIS IS ONE OF RAREST COPIES OF THIS LP YOU WILL EVER SEE!!!! IT IS A 100% GENIUNE 'Please Please Me' pressing on the Yellow and Black label WITH the Extra 33 1/3!!!! AND IT IS STEREO!!!! This is a true rarity!!!! This is MUCH harder to locate than even a Black & Gold Stereo Pressing!!!! IN FACT UP TILL 2/3 YEARS AGO - THESE WERE NOT THOUGHT TO EXIST!!!! IT HAS BEEN ESTIMATED THAT LESS THAN 50 OF THESE WERE EVER PRESSED IN STEREO - AND YOU CAN BE SURE YOU ARE VERY UNLIKELY TO EVER HAVE THE CHANCE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER COPY!!!! Basically the EXTRA (tiny) 33 1/3 was a MISTAKE left over from the Black and Gold labels - and is located towards the left of the centre hole in my pictures. However the new (at the time) Yellow & Black labels already had a large '33 1/3' above the Yellow 'Parlophone'. EMI quickly realised the mistake and corrected it within 1 day. However 99% of the 'mistakes' were pressed in MONO - so to find one in STEREO is INCREDIBLY rare!!!! This pressing with the 'Extra 33 1/3' was pressed directly AFTER the Black & Gold run ended and is the EARLIEST of ANY Yellow and Black labels!!!! The labels feature (aswell as the VERY rare Extra 33 1/3) the Parlophone Co. Ltd credit on the label edge (see pictures), but do not carry the 'Recording First Published 1963' credit. THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST EVER BEATLES RECORDS YOU WILL EVER FIND UP FOR AUCTION!!!! I CANNOT OVERSTATE HOW RARE IT TRULY IS TO FIND THIS MEGA RARE VARIATION IN STEREO!!!! DO NOT MISS THIS CHANCE - YOU SIMPLY WONT GET ANOTHER!!!! The matrix numbers are YEX 94-1 & YEX 95-1. THE STAMPERS ON THIS LP ARE ALSO INCREDIBLY EARLY!!!! The mothers & stampers are 1/M & 1/G!!!! VERY VERY EARLY!!!! The Cat. No is PCS 1202 on the ORIGINAL Black & Gold Parlophone label (see picture) and is a Stereo pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Beatles at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!! The MEGA RARE 'Extra 33 1/3' record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in great condition for its age. Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, 2/3 hairlines, 1 noticeable small mark and a few light surface marks!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! The record still retains ALL its original gloss and shine and has NO dulling and NO nasty greying of the grooves!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! It is also great to find that the record plays as GREAT as the visual with justa VERY few isolated clicks/pops (and I mean very VERY few), NO sticking, and NO jumps!!!! However there is some background noise on the run on grooves, gaps etc - though this is NOT crackle and it is certainly NOT over the music!!!! However I WILL NOT fall into the trap of overgrading to compensate for age and the record must PROPERLY grade visually Very Good if not better with the playing grade Very Good(Minus)!!!! BUT PLEASE PLEASE REMEMBER - THE IMPORTANT THING HERE ARE THE LABELS!!!! THERE IS SIMPLY NO-ONE WHO OWNS ONE OF THESE!!!! TO FIND ONE AT ALL IT HARD - BUT TO FIND A STEREO COPY IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL POLYTHENE lined Emitex inner sleeve!!!! The E.J.Day FLIPBACK Cover is in STUNNING condition for its age!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NO splits), a few creases and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is RAZOR straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, and NO yellowing!!!! There is also NO splits, NO rips, and NO tears!!!! In fact the only fault with this cover is some slight roughening to the edges of the flipbacks. The cover must grade Very Good+ if not better!!!! HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a GREAT looking LP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this RARE Beatles LP!!!! THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL MEGA RARE STEREO 'EXTRA 33 1/3' COPY OF "PLEASE PLEASE ME" BY THE BEATLES, IN GREAT CONDITION!!!!
