Extremely Rare Red Vinyl w/ Dark Green OBI!
This extremely rare copy of The Beatles' Revolver is one of
the first pressings after The Beatles record catalog were switched to Apple
Finding a nice copy of this is nearly impossible!
Why so rare?...
Since the beginning, Japanese Recording Engineers at Toshiba
has always been provided with State of the Art recording
facility and the best source of medium. Japanese pressings are the finest in the world.
The vinyl used is "Virgin Vinyl", meaning the vinyl is
high quality, new and pure and not melted down copies of some other record that didn't sell.
The Mother Plate, or the disc that makes the impression onto the wax is better maintained, not used and worn out.
Also the pressing process is of a longer duration, which means a deeper more sonorous groove where much
more sonic information is transferred for a phenomenally rich, lush audio quality and a more intense
and involved listening experience.
All Beatles records released by Toshiba through 1970 were available on regular Black Vinyl
and on higher quality (low noise) Red Vinyl.
It is this Red Vinyl with its original OBI that is most coveted by records collectors!

Dark Red Vinyl on laminated cover
Arrow in Dark Green OBI
Record: EX+ with scratches, nothing deep and retaining its gloss (visual grading only). Labels are clean.
Laminated Cover: EX+, as close to near mint. Surface is sharp with no spine splits. Very nice. Lyric sheet included.
OBI: EX+, no tear or split. Stain on back at top.
