Vinyl: EX. There are some very faint whisper marks to both sides, as well as some incredibly light needle marks. Wonderfully well looked after! Nothing to affect play....Superb sound, just a bit of background crackle due to dust in the grooves...a good clean and she'll be a joy in any collection.
FLAT, FLAT...FLAT!
Labels: EX-. Stange anomaly here: The text to the side 1 label is the standard block-like text as found commonly on all other copies of Revolver. BUT the text to the side two label is a much more 'artistic' text-not so block like....COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO EACH OTHER!!!VERY UNUSUAL!! "SOLD IN THE U.K." central text. "THE GRAMOPHONE CO.." rim text, to both sides. A few spindle marks, only visible when angled to the light, as well as a small amount of central hole wear...please see the pictures.
Prominant, raised "MT" Tax code Side 2.
'DR. Robert' to the side two label.
Sleeve: VG++. Nice, original, top right 'Mono' cover. It does have some small areas of spidering from the spine as well as the cover opening. The Spine is still lovely and strong, with "Revolver The Beatles" still clearly visible. Good strong corners with only slight bashing. Good strong Garrod & Lofthouse flipbacks too. Slight discolouration to the card backing and a small amount of feathering to the opening. There are three very small arrows pointing to Paul, John and Paul credits and drawn within the first R of 'Revolver' title to the back...Black pen and minimal retraction of joy from this historic Lp.
Inner: Original "Use Emitex" inner. It has a large split to one seem at the bottom. Other than that she is in great condition.
All in all this is a really unusual and quite a rare label mix of text...I have only seen one like this before...Grab it whilst you can.

Please see my feedback for fair gradings.... 'Mint' means I have just stepped out of the record shop in the 60's, never opened the record, nor played it and kept it in fantasticly dry and warm condtitons...unlikely isn't it!!
I am selling some more Beatles records and will give discounts on postage for more than 1 purchase.
Please email me for further information, I would be pleased to answer any questions....
Good luck bidding.
