Description
THE BEATLES SGT. PEPPERS LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND released on Parlophone records in 1967. This is a first pressing with 'Fourth Proof' on the top inside of the gatefold cover and the cover also has the visible flip back along the top. Sleeve printed by Garrod and Lofthouse. This copy also has the red and white inner and some of the cut outs. The record has 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd' and 'Sold in the UK' on the label. The vinyl has surface marks and plays with the clicks and some crackle. The red and white inner is split down two sides and has some creases. The insert has been cut up and only four of them remain - this is not the single sheet - see photo. The cover has edge and corner wear, some edge creases and a minor ring wear. At some point in the past, some clear opaque liquid has been spilt on the front and this covers about one fifth of the front. This is not a top quality copy but is rare. I only post to UK and Europe.
