Description

This is an original copy of the Beatles "Beatles Second Album" UK Parlaphone CPCS 103 LP, which was the rare export issue made for sale through Europe in the 60's.  It is the first issue of the export with the black and yellow Parlaphone labels.  It has the laminated flipback cover. 

The front cover is in nice shape, some creases because of the thin laminated cardboard used to make the cover, there is a black ink mark above "THE" in the Beatles.  There is a hard 1/2" crease on the spine side of the cover.  The back cover has some water damage along the top of the cover that leaves a brown stain over the song titles.  the flipback cover has some tears in it.  The upper right hand cover of the flip back is missing about 1 1/2" of the flipback.  Overall the cover is still in a nice VG/VG+ condition.

The record labels are in nice shape, side one has the KT markings on it.  The record under a bright light has lots of light marks on it from play and being pulled in and out of the paper sleeve for years.  Still in VG/VG= shape with strict grading.
