1963 PARLOPHONE IRELAND R(I) 5055 Matrix no's : 7XCE17395 - 1N 7XCE17396 - 1NThe vinyl still retains great sheen even though under bright light there are numerous visible marks predominantly hairlines/sleeve removal marks but also a few other more noticeable marks and blemishes. But as with many Parlophone pressings they look worse than they are - playback is actually strong - graded at EXCELLENT MINUS with just some minor surface noise audible at the start and in quiet parts.
The RED and SILVER PARLOPHONE record labels are graded EXCELLENT MINUS with minor visible spindle but also looks like there was a label on Side 1 which has been removed but has left a shadow.
This copy comes with the ORIGINAL THIN PAPER PARLOPHONE SLEEVE - graded at VERY GOOD PLUS - all over general wear commensurate with being 57 years old - feathering and a split to bottom, couple of tears and Sylvia Chitiz has written her name on it in biro - twice !
A great copy of this rare ORIGINAL IRISH PRESSING from 1963.
