Description
BEATLES: Something New, UK 1969 2nd pressing Export LP, Parlophone CPCS 101, incredibly rare. Normally I only auction Near MINT copies of any LP, but this first copy I've ever had of this LP, and I'd like to give everyone a fair shot at it. Disc is very nice EXCELLENT with a few minor surface marks, has been played several times, but with great care. Play-graded from a-z, and it plays superbly all the way, I would say the sounds about EXCELLENT++, plays with great clarity, great dynamics, almost NO noise in between tracks. No groove wear evident. Just a fantastic player. Cover is graded VG++, has some dirt markings on back, nothing bad, some light creasing and light corner wear. See pics. Overall a real nice copy of this ultra rare Beatles export lp. Good luck!
GRADINGS
I have ten years of experience of selling vintage vinyl. I aim at selling top quality LPs only. Gradings are on the M/ EX/VG+/VG scale. I will rarely I sell LPs less than VG+, unless of considerable rarity.
- MINT- is superb, almost like new. No marks, scratches, clicks, noise, or anything else.
- EX is also VERY nice, 2-3 light marks perhaps, no disturbing noise, great sound quality.
- VG+, a nice player, but probably has some visual impairments, and some clicks or light noise in places; always see the individual description.
- VG: Rarely put of for sale, an ok copy, but always see the individual description.
PLAYGRADING
There's no guessing about condition from visual look. The visual look of a record is very important, but it only tells part of the truth. Therefore I playgrade and carefully check all my offered LPs.
SHIPPING
I ship in strong, brand new cruciform shipping boxes with padding inside. The boxes are slightly bigger than the normal LP-size, thereby providing good protection of corners and edges. I remove LPs from sleeves, in order to prevent seam-splits on transit. IF YOU HAVE INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS regarding shipping, I will always do my best to coorporate.
The shipping qoutes are for 'regular' LPs. If an LP is extra heavy and cannot be shipped at the normal rate I have made the note 'Heavy LP, ships at the price of 2'.
