This is FIRST UK Yellow Black Stereo label

with small 33 1/3 used on Black & Gold label

After another question I will point out a track listing variation unique to this label ADDING TO RARITY.

TRACK LISTING DIFFERENCE TO MONO 3RD LABEL :

This Stereo version has a different line layout to the Mono in that the last 4 lines are moved on - resulting in the final line on Side 1

starting with Lennon - rather than just ( Dick James Music & Co. ).

Also Side 2 has track 7 , Twist and Shout, pushed further along the line than all other pressings.

As well as the extra small 33 1/3 this track listing layout was also considered a mistake on this stereo version and another reason why it wasn't used again - hence very few copies in existence.
