Labels: EXCELLENT +
A 1st class pair which are clean & bright and show just a handful of light spindle trails to each centre hole. The only other significant blemishes are two very faint hairlines scratches on the side 2 label.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Immaculate deep-gloss playing surfaces which apart from a few extremely faint inner-sleeve removal marks are 'as new' and unmarked in strong daylight. Even close and careful examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp fails to reveal anything more than a handful of harmless wispy inner-sleeve removal hairlines, but no other visual blemishes whatsoever. Both sides of this outstanding example lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Play: EXCELLENT
This fine sounding copy has received a minimal amount of careful play on good equipment and my single careful play-check found no significant deterioration to the sound quality or any major faults. In fact part from a touch of light/normal vinyl background between tracks and a hint of wear on 'Please, Please Me', there is very little to fault overall. There are certainl no clicks, pops, ticks or any other audible distractions on or between any of these outstanding tracks.
Cover: EXCELLENT -
A highly respectable example which retains a bright, clean and high-gloss front laminate with very light storage rubbing but no 'thumbnail' wrinkles or major wear. There is some moderate wear to the left corners but no splits or heavy bump to any. Both opening edges too are in great unworn shape with no feathering or 'pushes' to either side. The rear panel is overall clean & white with the only blemishes being a handful of dirty fingerprints towards the lower right right edges. All of the delicate flipbacks are clean and fully intact and both seams are unsplit with no flaking or missing laminate. The spine is clean, white and fully worded.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +
Clean, flat & unworn with a few gentle storage wrinkles but no writing, tears or seam splits.
