It is Apple / Toshiba Japan Records catalog number PXA-5004. Tape comes packaged in its original box, on its original Toshiba factory reel with the label still present and intact. This Japanese reel tape appears to be a RARE ITEM for which I can find no previous eBay sales either in the completed eBay auctions or on the Popsike site.

This tape appears to have been well taken care of by its previous owners - Tape has its original white factory supplied leader with Japanese writing, and appears to be in excellent condition - I have play tested the tape at the beginning of Side 1, and it played loud and clear with blank tape before the start of the music and with no music missing. Condition of reel is EX with just a minimal amount of contact wear from use. Condition of outer box is a low VG+ with a fair amount of contact wear and some light stains, but with no splits, tears, or torn corners.
