BEATLES UK, A Hard Days Night, rare stereo Roman font record labels, original UK 1964.
PCS 3058, original black and yellow Parlophone labels.
A UK stereo album in original condition, featuring:
1. hard to find ‘Roman’ fonted stereo record labels. Only a very small number of these labels were printed, now making them very hard to find,
2. nearly all of these stereo records featured the 1/1 matrix, but on side two, this copy features a ‘2’ matrix !,
3. earliest ‘mother’ on side two, being, ‘1’,
4. comes with its original, ‘Use Emitex’ inner sleeve.
CONDITION:
THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in very good condition, the front is laminated. The spine is in very good+ condition and all of the text on the spine is clear to read. The rear of the sleeve features the original period, 1960s tri ‘flip back’ design, ie fold over edges. Theres NO pen writing, splits, tears, stickers or sticker residue to the sleeve. There is a slight ‘water’ mark to the rear, bottom edge and on the rear top, right corner there is a piece, 15mm of the ‘flip back’ missing.
THE INNER SLEEVE: is in very good+ condition and is the original, ‘Use Emitex’ inner sleeve. Theres NO pen writing, tears, stickers or sticker residue. There is a split to one of the side edges.
THE RECORD: the condition of the record has been graded under normal ‘daylight’ conditions. Side one is in excellent++ condition. Side two is in excellent condition. The record has remained very dark and glossy.
The matrix are: YEX 126 – 1 and YEX 127 – 2, a very unusual ‘2’ matrix !,
The mother / stampers are: ‘3 OO’ and ‘1 AH’.
THE AUDIO: each side plays excellent, each side plays with some light ‘crackle’. The record lays flat on the turntable and plays with a full, powerful, period stereo sound.
THE LABELS: each of the record labels are in excellent+ condition. The letters ‘KT’ are embossed around the spindle hole on side two. The labels are free from any pen writing, stickers or sticker residue.
TO GRADE THE CONDITION OF THE RECORD I AM USING THE OFFICIAL GRADING SYSTEM FROM THE ‘RECORD COLLECTOR’ MAGAZINE.

PACKING - ALL RECORDS ARE POSTED WITH MULTI LAYERED CARD STIFFENERS FOR PROTECTION. BEFORE POSTING, THE RECORD IS REMOVED FROM THE RECORDS ORIGINAL INNER AND OUTER SLEEVES, THE RECORD IS THEN PUT INTO A SECOND PAPER INNER SLEEVE TO MINIMISE ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE IN TRANSIT. THE RECORD / SLEEVES ARE THEN PUT INTO A NEW PLASTIC SLEEVE FOR FURTHER PROTECTION.
