Discounts :-
Discount is offered on two or more items. The Heaviest item will be charged at full advertised price, all additional items will be charged at half advertised price.
Larger orders will be eligible for larger postage discounts.
Delivery :-
All orders are sent through Royal Mail for smaller lots 500grams and under. Any larger lots are sent through Parcelforce Worldwide.
PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THESE TERMS.
Emails :-
Please note that all emails sent Monday to Friday (10am - 4.30pm) will be answered the same day. Any emails sent outside of these days / times will have a delay in response time usually not more than 24hrs.
Payment Instructions :-
We accept :-
PayPal, Credit/Debit cards (through PayPal), Sterling Cheque, sterling postal orders (over £50).
We do not accept :-
Non UK postal orders, non UK cheques, bank transfers.
Terms of payment :-
Buyers paying by PayPal and Direct debit/Credit cards should expect to receive goods within 5 days (UK) or 10 days (Europe/World). All other forms of payment should expect delays as these need to be processed before items are dispatched.

Insurance is included as standard on all our bulky lots, however an additional charge is made for all items not considered bulky that are requested to be sent as recorded/registered.
Please study the photographs before bidding (all photos are of actual goods not just similar goods) as we only accept refunds on 'items not as described'.
