BEATLES UK, Abbey Road LP, factory sample, not for sale sticker, UK 1969 first issue.
PCS 7088, original UK 1969 first issue ‘dark green’ Apple record label.
A UK first issue album from 1969 in original condition, featuring:
1. an original hard to find ‘factory sample, not for sale sticker’, on side one of the record label,
2. first issue UK 1969 record matrix of: YEX 749 - 2 and YEX 750 - 1,
3 first issue UK 1969, ‘dark green’ Apple colour record label,
4. the track ‘Her Majesty’ is NOT printed on the record label on side two, nor is it printed on the rear of the sleeve but this track plays on the record !,
5. comes with its original 1969, ‘Apple’ first issue, ‘black’ inner sleeve.
CONDITION:
THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in very good++ condition, the sleeve is laminated front and rear. The laminate has remained clean and glossy. The original period ‘thin’ spine is in very good++ condition and has remained white, clean and straight and all the text on the spine is clear to read. The two opening edges of the sleeve have remained clean and sharp. There are NO stains, pen writing, splits, tears, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve. To the front, top right corner there is some creasing and some laminate lift.
THE INNER SLEEVE: is in very good condition and is the original 1969 ‘Apple’ black inner sleeve. Theres NO tape repairs, stickers or sticker residue on the inner sleeve. There is a 10mm tear to the front, right opening edge. To the rear opening edge here is some ‘fraying’ and some small ‘nicks’. There is a split to one of the top, side edges and a 10mm tear around the ‘die cut’ hole.
THE RECORD: each side is in very good+ condition. The record is made from the quality period, 1960s thick heavy vinyl. It has remained dark and glossy.
The matrix are: YEX 749 - 2 and YEX 750 - 1,
The mother / stampers are: ‘3 HD’ and ‘3 RG’,
THE AUDIO: each side plays very good+, each side plays with with some ‘crackle’ and ‘ticks’ heard here and there. The record lays flat on the turntable.
THE LABELS: side one is in very good++ condition. Side two is in near excellent condition. As this is a UK 1969 first issue, side one shows a dark green ‘Apple’ colour. The labels are free from any pen writing, stickers or sticker residue.

BEFORE POSTING, THE RECORD IS REMOVED FROM THE RECORDS ORIGINAL INNER AND OUTER SLEEVES, THE RECORD IS THEN PUT INTO A SECOND PAPER INNER SLEEVE TO MINIMISE ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE IN TRANSIT. THE RECORD / SLEEVES ARE THEN PUT INTO A NEW PLASTIC SLEEVE FOR FURTHER PROTECTION.
DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN ON POSTAGE FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES.
