BEATLES UK – Sgt Pepper & Abbey Rd LPs.
Sgt Pepper - PCS 7027 – black and silver two EMI box Parlophone labels.
A 1980s re issue copy in original condition.
CONDITION:
THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in near excellent condition. The spine is in excellent condition and has remained a good fresh white in colour and all of the text on the spine is clear to read. Theres NO pen writing, tears, stains, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve. To the back part of the sleeve, to the middle bottom edge there is some rubbing wear.
THE INSERT: is in very good++ condition. Theres NO pen writing, tears or stickers. There is some blue tack residue etc to the rear of each corner.
THE INNER SLEEVE: is in excellent condition and is the original period EMI ‘Important Notice’ – EMI records, sleeve, with the official printed date: 6/83, being, June 1983. Theres NO pen writing, splits, tears, stains, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve. There is a small ‘nick’ to the front side opening edge.
THE RECORD: side one is in near excellent condition. Side two is in near MINT condition. It has remained very dark and glossy.
The matrix nos. are: YEX 637 – 6-1-1-26, the letters ‘HTM’ are in the run off groove, and YEX 638 – 6-1-2-6.
THE AUDIO: is excellent++, a near perfect audio, with virtually NO crackle. It plays excellent with a full clean, clear stereo sound. The record lays flat on the turntable.
THE LABELS: side one is in excellent+ condition, side two is in excellent++ condition. The labels are free from any pen writing, stickers or sticker residue.

1969 PCS 7088 - Apple record labels.
A UK very early issue in original condition, featuring:
1. on side two of the record label the track ‘Her Majesty’ is not printed nor is it printed on the rear of the sleeve, but the track plays on the record !
CONDITION:
THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in very good+ condition, the sleeve is laminated front and rear. The two opening edges are in excellent condition and have remained clean and sharp. The original ‘thin’ spine is in good++ condition and all the text on the spine is clear to read. There are NO stains, pen writing, splits, tears, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve. There is some rubbing wear to the middle of the spine.
THE INNER SLEEVE: is in very good+ condition and is the original period EMI plain white sleeve with, unusually two ‘Patent nos’ on, the numbers are: 112,5555 and 1072844’. Theres NO pen writing, splits, tears, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve. There is some age related marks to the sleeve and a small ‘nick’ to the rear, left opening edge.
THE RECORD: is in good++ condition. The record is made from the period thick, heavy vinyl. The record has remained dark and glossy.
The matrix are: YEX 749 - 2 and YEX 750 - 1,
The mother / stampers are: ‘5 M M H’ and ‘5 A G M’.
THE AUDIO: is very good, it plays with some crackle and some light ‘ticks’ heard here and there. The record lays flat on the turntable.
THE LABELS: side one is in excellent+ condition, side two is in very good condition, as there is a sticker on side two. As the record is a very first issue, side one shows a DARK green Apple colour. The labels are free from any pen writing.
