BEATLES UK - Sgt Pepper's Original Mono LP.

PMC 7027 – Original Black and Yellow Parlophone label.

A UK pressing in 100% original condition.

CONDITION:

THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in near excellent condition, the sleeve is fully laminated. The original exposed top flipbacks can be seen when the sleeve is opened. The spine is in very good condition it is strong and has remained white in colour. A very original clean, solid sleeve, with NO pen writing, stains or tears on.

THE INSERT: is in excellent+ condition, with NO Pen writing, stains or tears on.

THE INNER SLEEVE: is in very good++ condition and is the original Red and White ‘ Wavy ’ pattern sleeve. The sleeve is very clean, the white part of the sleeve has remained very white and clean. It has NO tears, stains or pen writing on. Two of the edges, one side and the bottom edge have a split.

THE VINYL: side one is in near excellent condition, side two is in excellent condition. The vinyl is made from the period thick, heavy vinyl. The vinyl is very clean, dark and glossy.

The Matrix are: XEX 637 - 1 and XEX 638 - 1,

The Mother / Stampers are: ‘ 4 H R ’ and ‘ 2 O R ’.

The vinyl has an unusual sharp outer edge to it.

THE AUDIO: side one is near excellent, side two is excellent. I did hear a light ‘tick’ on the intro to side one throughout the first song, ‘Sgt Peppers LHCB, and into the first half of the song ‘With a little help from my friends’. The record lays flat on the turntable and plays without the needle sticking or jumping.

THE LABELS: are in excellent condition with NO pen writing or sticker damage etc. There is a ‘ KT ’ embossed onto side one.
