The trackisting also includes the spelling mistakes on Piggies spelt as Piggiest and Raccoon spelt as Racoon. I'm not sure how rare this is, or if it denotes an earliest or first press but thought it worth mentioning. As a later Stereo edition of the album I believe this is one of the rarest Beatles reel to reels, as less were manufactured as the format started being fazed out.
The tape itself looks in great shape, tightly wound with no obvious creases. The inner sleeve is lovely and white with no marks or writing or any major signs of age, just a light nip/crease on the middle of the front cover where the jewel case closes and a faint crease at the top of the spine. The original jewel case is fully intact with no cracks or chips, but does have light scuffs and marks all over from use and storage over the years.
I'm selling this for a friend whose not been able to play it for years, but when last played sounded great. It was his fathers and for many years they haven't had a reel to reel player, if there are any problems with the sound I'll happily offer a full refund including postage.
