Cover: Garrod & Lofthouse laminated front cover and unlaminated rear cover with triple flip-backs. Has the tell-tale first pressing red lines above and below the text on the rear cover. No Garrod & Lofthouse credit on the bottom flip-back - a sign that this was one of the earliest covers ever pressed for this LP. No writings or doodles. Minor wear. Rates as Near Excellent to Excellent - see photos.
Inner sleeve: Original black die-cut inner sleeve in VG+ condition - see photos.
Labels: Excellent. 'Sold in U.K. ....." 1st pressing text.
Vinyl: Play tested. Thick heavy duty vinyl. Looks and plays VG. One very brief skip on "Only a Northern Song". Some background crackle on the run in, between tracks and in quieter moments - plus the odd pop/click here and there. Still an enjoyable listening experience - especially "Hey Bulldog" which sounds fab on vinyl.

Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
