Description


This is a nice example of this original Stereo 'Butcher Cover' from The Beatles. It is an unpeeled 2nd state copy, in that it has the paste-over cover. You are clearly able to see the 'V' of Ringo's smock underneath, and it has the identifying #5 by the RIAA seal on the back, showing that it is from the Los Angeles plant. The front cover has no tears or attempts at peeling it, and has a name label on the top right corner, that can probaly be easily removed. The cover shows some ringwear, and has a light type moisture stain on the top left corner. The bottom spine has clean splitting along about 3/4" of the spine, and the top and side spine show some spots of edgewear. Includes the original record as well, that has some scratches on it. I've had a number of Mono issues over the years, and this is the first Stereo butcher that I have had. Buyer pays 5.00 for Priority shipping. International costs vary by method and country.
