1966 mono album issue on US Capitol T 2553. This is 2rd state, meaning it has the replacement cover slick on top of the original art (“The Butcher Cover”). The number 6 appears on the back cover, denoting it was fabricated at the Los Angeles factory.
Ringo’s black shirt is visible through the new slick. Also, the cover is slightly narrower than other 1960s Capitol albums as it was trimmed on the right edge after the replacement art was put on.
Record is VG+ some minor scuffs.
Cover is VG+, with minor 1/2 inch seam splits at the opening plus some discoloration down one side.
